Tulsa by Contrast
A multi-part abstract series for Instant Tulsa. This series focuses on shadows that create high contrast on Tulsa, OK backdrops. One of the results of that contrast is the geometric and organic shapes that make up the compositions. Tulsa was founded as an Oil Town so the black contrast adds an additional layer to it. Downtown Tulsa is also known for its Art Deco buildings so the rose gold frames work well to emphasize that. All photos were shot with a Polaroid OneStep 2 camera on i-Type Rose Gold frame film.
